AREAS OF TRAINING:

Training and development can be broken down into categories to aid understanding and organization. The categories of training used by the training committee are: -

1.0. INDUCTION:

MBPL organise a training program for the new recruits just after their selection and induction, to let them know about the rules, policies, and procedures for directing their behaviour and attitude as per the organisational needs. Training also helps the employees to improve their interpersonal skills with their Seniors, Sub-ordinates, and Colleagues. It helps to groom them for their prospective jobs.

2.0. TRAINING NEED IDENTIFICATION:

Training and development for Managers / Team leaders is based on individual’s needs and organisational requirements. The training for employees is considered as development. It is an on-going systematic procedure in which all the Team Members learn to enhance their conceptual, theoretical knowledge. It helps the individual to bring efficiency and effectiveness in their work performances.

Basis training need identification, training modules have been developed in-house, Training programs are conducted at Head office, Factories and across all Sites. Trainers have also been identified from within the organization and sessions conducted for:
